Appel for appointment to key posts not admitted on strictly party criteria

Dear leaders of AIE,
Most NGOs in Moldova are supporting the European Alliance and willing to contribute with their work to support reforms, our country's democratization and integration into the EU. We believe that the AIE has sufficient experience in government act to support more advanced and modern ways of appointments to key posts than on strictly mechanical sharing party.
Through this call, we are coming up with a proposal that AIE establish civilized practice of selecting candidates for heads of areas through open competition, with the participation of experts and public opinion, with setting clear requirements, selection criteria and qualifications required for a candidate.
Old model, inspired by communism, the only criterion being the head of a domain is the book party, is counterproductive and bring great disservice to the state institutions, citizens and the country as a whole. Tragic case of "Padurea Domneasca" must become a turning point in IEA approaches to areas, institutions, functions and settings. Choosing transparent, and not appointing a new director "Moldsilva" can be a good start for returning professionals in areas vital for Moldova forehead, because in this particular case, it is clear to everyone that the forests belong to the people and not a or another political party. As well as the Prosecutor General's Office and other institutions who have suffered devastating for profiteers experiments, passengers or amateur.
Fundamental reforms of state institutions, putting them at the service of citizens approaching European standards can be made most devoted and best professionals in the core areas of Moldova.
