Analysis of the Legislation on Mass Media in effect in the Left Bank Region of the Republic of Moldova
This study contains an analysis of
the compliance of certain provisions of the Left Bank region of the Republic
of Moldova legislation on the freedom of expression with the standards (norms)
of the international human rights law. The legal provisions covered by this
study concern the establishment, registration, re-registration and termination
of activity of mass media and a number of areas closely related to the freedom
of expression of mass media.
