Analysis of the Legislation on Religious Associations that is in effect in the Left-Bank Region of the Republic of Moldova

This study contains an analysis of the compliance of certain provisions of the left-bank region legislation on the freedom of association with the standards (norms) of the international human rights law. The legal provisions covered by this study concern the establishment, registration, re-registration and dissolution of religious associations.
